I have FIBROMIALGA. I need help with this as i can not stand the pain. I recently had neck surgery in Dec. (ANTERIOR CERVICAL DISCECTOMY INFUSION AND INSTRUMENTATUION, LEVELS- C4-5, C5-6) I had numbness down my arms and fingers, i couldn't hold anything and was dropping things. I ended up in ER as i had such pain in my neck and my blood pressure was so high. I decided to do the surgery. My neck is still sore! This FIBROMIALGA was just told to me that i have. My fingers still get numbness and the pain in my back is unbearable. I take Celebrex and other muscle relaxers, antidepression and pain medication. Chiropractor help i get and I rub my back with Biofreeze. Also have a tens unit. I can't sleep so i sleep with heat and ice all night long. I take hot showers, try to walk as much as i can. I'm trying to get insurance to authorize massage therepy. I am 50 and feel like i'm 80 and I don't know what to do or how long i can handle this. No one in the family really understands the pain i am in. If anyone can help please email me. Thank You!!!
