The number one cause of migraines is TMJ and the accident you described could very well have caused injury to your TMJ's or jaw joints and lead to TMJ dysfunction...a chronic pain condition that will only get worse if you don't get the correct treatment to address your dislocated jaw and injured jaw joints.
