Hi Marg,

I am from Montreal and have been suffering from rsd in my left arm for a little over a year. I am presently a patient at the Montreal General Hosiptal Pain clinic in Montreal. My doctor mentioned that they had done trials of the low-dose ketamine, but I am not quite sure if it is still underway. You might want to give that a try. The montreal general hospital is part of the McGill Health center. The website is http://www.painresearch.mcgill.ca/
Hope that they can help. They are a great group and might be more helpful, I had a hard time with doctors, but they take the time with patients.
