You wanted to know about patients on high doses of gabapentin. For some time now, I have been on 4, each 800mgs of gabapentin which totals 3200 mgs daily. I had a stroke 8 yrs. ago which left me with chronic Neuropathic pain, this lessens the pain, but does not completely obliterate it. My Neurologist has just added 300 mgs daily of the new drug Lyrica, still more relief, but not complete. You can reach me through my email, if you wish, Vi Gabriel.
