The best resource I have found is a book written by a doctor who has fibromyalgia herself. Dr. Devin Starlanyl also has a website with great information Here is the link to the website:

I feel for you,I have had fibromyalgia since 1983 because of a rear end car accident.Then in 1991 and last year...guess what two more accidents where I was rear ended while driving.I hope this information is helpful to you,
