Hi Jody,

My name is Christeen and I too suffer from Chronic Pain.
I am currenly enrolled in a 12 week program with Dr. Garder-nix from Sunnybrook Hospital. With Telehealth Ontario, there are three classes linked via television. One in Toronto, Orillia and Sudbury.

I have signed up to start a new class in September. I want to practice what I have learned so far.
