Will you be crowned the first Annual

First annual Baby Contest & Beauty Pageant….Summer Wear or Spring wear or sportswear only!!
DATE: June 11th Sunday Afternoon @ 1:30pm
Location: Winners Circle (Battlefield Pkwy.) Fort Oglethorpe Ga.
Attractions: Golf, Go Karts, Laser Tag, Playground LOTS of fun for entire family
9 miles North of Dalton, 5 miles from Chattanooga, 25 miles from Calhoun Ga,
Deadline to enter: June 1st no exceptions $5 off early entrys received by May 1st.
You will have to sign a release to use your photo and name on advertising for future pageants.
AGE GROUPS: Girls: B-11 mths, 12-23 mths, 24-35 mths, 3-4 yr, 5-6yrs, 7-9 yrs, 10-12 yrs. 13-15 yrs. 16 yrs-18 yrs 19 yrs & up married or single. Boys groups: Birth-18mth.19-36mt 37-5yrs 6& up.
LOOK AT WHAT YOU COULD WIN…Name on Marquee!!!
Ride in July 4th parade carrying checkered flag!!!!!!!!Wearing your crown!
To enter you must mail in your entry form by June 1st with your ck or M.O.

Dress Code: Summer wear, spring wear, or sports wear outfit. We do have a dressing area.
Will you carry the checkered flag for your age group? !!!!!
Awards: Queen/ King in each age group will win a 1 ˝ ft trophy, Crown, Banner!!!! And compete for overall winner who will become the official WINNER CIRCLE SUPREME WINNER!!
1st runner ups in each group will win a tiara or boys crown!!
All other participates not on queen/king court will receive a trophy!!!!!

THREE LUCKY WINNERS 1 in the Birth-4 yrs….1 in the 5yrs & Up girls….and 1 Boy will receive..
5 ft trophy, CROWN, BANNER and FAMILY FUN PKG. #1 Which includes on pricing of Winner Circle so be sure to look at the Winners Circle Pricing Page!! A $75.00 PKG> to the Supreme Winners!!!! They will be crowned the official Winners circle Queen/King for the entire pageant. Judging is based on Personality, Beauty, overall appearance
But wait can’t afford to enter? Sell Best Wishes tickets to family and friends and business!! Must be turned in 2 weeks before pageant. Has nothing to do with who wins!
Sell 23 $5 best wishes tickets and this pays your entry fee…..on $50.00 drawing that day!!!
Sell 30 $5 best wishes tickets and receive a checkered flag Winers circle 3 ft trophy with your name on it.
Sell 50 $5 best wishes tickets and receive a 4 ft checkered flag Trophy and Pkg. 3 on pricing list.

By signing this agreement I agree to all judges decisions are final. I agree not to hold directors and or building owners responsible for any accidents or injuries or theft while at the pageant. Director reserves the right to make changes to awards due to lack of participation. If pageant is canceled all money paid in, will be refunded promptly if changed due to weather it will be rescheduled to another date. No refunds other than cancellation of pageant
By signing this, I agree to all rules and policies of this pageant. $25 check return fee if check is returned, plus other fees may be applicable. I agree to hold no one responsible for accidents or thief to from or during this function.
By signing this I understand all rules policies and regulations!! Riding in parade, You will be responsible for decorating your car.Also signing release to use your name and photo on future paperwork.
If you are crowned supreme queen/king you can not compete next year unless you have moved up an age group in age.
