Be honest, a month for me to adjust/adapt for a new job is far more than enough. I AM in working mode already. I dun think the frustration comes up becoz of the adjustment. The situation this time is a bit different.

I am now falling into a gap where i need a bridge to connect two sides. i am still searching a way in order to build the bridge. And i am not sure if i can build the bridge all by myself.

What i am holding on is, if this is sth God wants me to do, i know i can do it. All i have to do is to TAKE ACTION.
