Subject: Acting supervisor and co-ordinator

I got a wicked busy week. First of all, I have to give you guys an update situation in the program. My former supervisor has been promoted to the co-ordinator in another program. As I mentioned before, the program that I work in, named Congress House, has 2 staff down. Without the appointment of the new supervisor, I literally pick up the workload of a supervisor.

OK now, in addition to these situation, my boss - the coordinator was taking day-off until Thurs. Frankly speaking, I was in control of all the stuff in the program. With the usual workload plus all the extra duties, you cannot believe that I fell asleep at 6pm on Wed and woke up on Thurs morning. I could bearly drive home consciously and pass out at the minute when I got back home. My brain just couldn't function at all. Quoted from a friend, I am in HK lifestyle.

Of course I felt better after the unconscious-14-hr sleep. And I found out sth. Originally I thought I won't like to be a boss who will then have to bear the pressures, responsibilities and constraints etcetc. However, I found out that I can be a GOOD BOSS who helps maximize everyone's benefits, at least in the present working environment. I have to clarify that I am not proud of anything but understand more on my own abilities and hence to utilize them. Not bad huh?

Anyways, I have finally done my acting post and be back to a counselor, be back to the US lifestyle. Of course, I should get back to GRE studying and application process. MY FINAL VACATION IS STILL WAITING FOR ME!!!!!
