Sandra Johnson repeatedly states, at every opportunity, that she's "a happily married lady, a home owner, motorcycle enthusiast and owner, have four beautiful dogs, am an artist and certified dog trainer." Only the first three parts of that sentence will probably stand unchallenged. The part about the four beautiful dogs, however, bears some scrutiny. The last time we visited Sandy, she had FIVE DOGS: An overweight German Shepherd Dog named Koda, an even-more overweight mixed-breed dog named Maggie, a slightly-less overweight mixed-breed dog named Gordi and two Bernese Mountain Dogs -- Sadie and B.B. Kingsland. BB is (or was) her newest dog, but as recently as 5 weeks ago, she's only claiming to have FOUR. Either she's forgotten how to count -- or she's dumped another dog. The burning question: Where's the fifth dog? Inquiring minds want to know. Did it meet the same fate as several OTHER dogs she's possessed in the past but now are no where to be seen(maybe they didn't fit in anymore once out of cute puppyhood and chewing up one too many pieces of furniture or pooping once too often all over the house)?
The next claim she makes (about being an artist and certified dog trainer) are clearly up for debate. Anyone with half a brain and the proper materials can paint fake rocks, but very few would call themselves an "artist". Martha Stewart doesn't call herself an "artist". I recently installed new windshield wipers on my car, yet I wouldn't refer to myself as a "mechanic".
As for the "certified dog trainer" claim: The behaviors observed on YouTube videos (she's since conveniently removed) beg to differ. Let's see some proof of that "certification". Who or what institute certifies dog trainers? I'm an ordained minister, but I didn't go to seminary -- I just sent $25 to an online service and -- viola! I got a certificate in the mail that now qualifies me to perform marriages and preside over funeral rites. Sandy may be certifiable, but it ain't as a dog trainer. And if she can't control or maintain her own dogs, who in their right mind would trust her to train anyone else's dogs?
She also makes the admirable claim that she's her Alzheimer stricken mother's "sole" caretaker -- anyone who doesn't know the whole truth (that is, that part that Sandy doesn't WANT you to know) would think she's a very devoted daughter. In fact, Sandy is (or was) her mother's sole caretake ONLY because she will not permit her mother to receive any contact from any other sibling. She won't allow phone calls, she won't allow the delivery of flowers or cards. She claims it's to avoid running up a long-distance phone bill, but even when those other siblings offer to provide a personal cellphone to their mother, Sandy still refuses to allow any contact whatsoever, preferring instead of moan to the heavens "woe is me, I'm all alone in my task". That halo she thinks she has is actually glued on. A saint she ain't.
She claims "not one of my five siblings have contacted my mother in over a year, no one has written her a letter, sent a card or made a phone call or paid a visit and this is very sad and pathetic". What's truly sad and pathetic is this statement ALONE sends the truth-o-meter into "pants on fire" territory.
If her recent statements are true, then her mother is no longer in her personal care - she's been dumped into a nursing home (or as she refers to it in personal emails -- a "lockdown facility"). She claims this is for her mother's own good (her dementia has advanced to a stage where she no longer recognizes anyone). Other sources would argue that is because Sandy can no longer endure the relentless scrutiny of outside agencies, and did it for her own selfish reason: She can't handle the job on a "caretaker", won't admit this, and continues to refuse to ask for or allow help from her own sister and brother.
She claims that her talents have made her more money than anyone possibly imagine and that her house and possessions will bear this out. However, her house, at 7414 Amstead Circle, Orlando, FL, has an ASSESSED value of barely $104k, and only has little more than 1100 sq. ft. According to public records, she paid MORE for it in 2004. HARDLY an estate that would boast of profits extraordinaire. There are APARTMENTS bigger than that.
Finally, she repeatedly pronounces her crusade against "puppy mills and backyard breeders", yet she targets only ONE. That is HARDLY a crusade -- that's an obsession. And the one she targets is neither a puppy mill OR backyard breeder. What puppy mill allows its "inventory" to get down to just one or two puppies?
It's as if she's an archer with an endless supply of arrows, shooting them all at her own reflection, and when the arrows bounce back at her, she claims she's being attacked by another archer.
