Remember my father
My father could be such an intelligent man; Extremely musically inclined. I am grateful to have known him.
My father passed away in 1994. He had severe emphysema from years of hard smoking...he was an alcoholic...he had other issues. My father was a non believer in the spiritual world or Christian faith, that I know of. My father was a very talented musician and a very gifted person, but he also had issues with his behavior and could be very mean when he was drinking. Dad, I know that you were not perfect. I know that you had issues in this world that I didn't fully understand. I personally forgive you and love you and I hope that you have found peace in the afterlife. Thank you for building that really cool go-cart for us when we were kids; Thank you for being so talented and instilling the gift of music in my soul. Thank you for my gift with animals and for giving me the gift of being creative. Many of your talents have passed on to your children even if they don't want to give you credit where credit is due. Dad, I miss you and wish things could have been better for our family.

I have to say that this is one of the most sickening thing I have ever read posted by Dee Gerrish on the Internet. Her father beat her, strangled her, cursed her, berated her, belittled her, beat her siblings and mother, cheated on her mother, drank every day and was nothing but a horrible, violent and evil person. What kind of relationship did you have with your father? Oh I know, you did post somewhere that you were a "daddy's girl". That's funny, I don't recall that. I recall pulling him off of you as you were turning blue and you have the balls to write this kind of a memorial to him? You are as crazy as he was. Crazier.
