Here's a blog I found that was written by Dee Gerrish that I feel harasses me, Sandra F Johnson, and my family. My mom has dementia and she's incompetent, but I'm entitled to do whatever I want, whenever I want because I have a durable power of attorney and the law is on my side!
By the way, Dee Gerrish, I am using my twitter account http://twitter.com/sfjohnson54 just to smear your name and smear your business name, Lake Ridge Kennel and Goldendoodle World. I can fake whatever information I want on websites where the info can't be removed and there's nothing you can do about it! I can claim I own the rights to all of your Goldendoodle photos and get your accounts deleted all that I want. Who is going to stop me from harassing you forever? I hate your guts and I hope no one buys a goldendoodle from you! Your dogs are mutts. I bought a goldendoodle mutt from a breeder and gave it away because it was so stupid! People who buy goldendoodles are ignorant and foolish! Why would anyone want to buy a mutt? Because you won't stop blogging about the things I am doing to our mom, I'm going to continue to harass you over the internet. People who find my postings that bash and trash you will think your a puppy mill because I'm telling them that you are one. They are ignorant and will believe whatever I write! Especially on ripoffreport! Everyone thinks that website is a consumer's site. You and others says its a fake site and the owner is a fraud but there are alot of people who don't know that and they will believe whatever I write! Then you'll never sell your dogs and good! I hope to destroy you and your business and that's my intention!
Here's what Dee Gerrish wrote and she should just shut the hell up because I can do whatever I want with my mother's house and her property! I own the rights!
My mother has always been a very hard working individual whether it was doing simple yard work; housework; being a mother or working outside the home. She contributed just as much, if not more, to her family as did my father..who passed away in 1994.
My mother was diagnosed with dementia in 2006. I didn't find out about this diagnosis until 2008. Since finding out my mother was diagnosed with this tragic illness I also uncovered quite a few ugly secrets that had been going on regarding my mother, her assets, her personal property and her finances. Basically, I uncovered everything this woman had worked for all of her life had been stolen at the hands of my estranged sisters and their family members. DCF and other agencies got involved after I reported what I had found out but so far, nothing has come from their antics.
It isn't because what they did wasn't a crime. It certainly is a crime and morally ignorant and downright dirty. But my mother has been her own worst enemy, unfortunately, due to her illness and the agencies who became involved were unable to help her because she continued to claim she wasn't the victim to any wrong doing by these siblings of mine and their family members.

I suppose she believes that when my mother passes away, this will entitle her to owning my mother's home and back property that is attached to my mother's home, but this is not the case. I called the Orlando DCF's office this morning and the supervisor confirmed to me that they had discovered that my oldest sister had indeed changed the deed to my mother's home and that she was not permitted by law to do this given the fact my mother is incompetent to make these decisions. My oldest sister obtained a durable power of attorney through fraudulant means in April 2009. My mother was already going downhill regarding her memory and being unable to fully comprehend what was going on with her home, personal property and assets. My estranged sister knew this and took complete advantage of my mother's mental instability to use to her advantage. It sickens me through and through.
I don't even know how my estranged sister could think that changing the deed to my mother's home was something of a secret when this information is public knowledge. I further obtained the information about my mother's home from http://ira.property-appraiser.org/PropertySearch/Default.aspx
When I clicked on the various links under "sales information" that is where I saw that my estranged sister had the audacity to change the deed to my mother's home and back property and had put the deed in her name. She then put the deed in her son's name and when she found out she was being investigated, she put the deed back into my mother's name. The Orlando DCF's office discovered the same information and had given the info to the Kissimmee police department who in turn forwarded the information to the Florida district attorney's office for possible prosecution. When I contacted the DCF's office to find out if the district attorney's office was going to push for possible prosecution I was told that they don't get back to the DCF's office unless they need them for testimony...blah, blah, blah. They have no idea whether anything will come of it but I was told they did feel that my mother needed to be out of my estranged sister's home and care and that my mother needed a legal guardian to oversee her personal affairs due to all the misdeeds going on.
It is a shame that my mother's life has dwindled to this. It is further a shame that her own daughters would mistreat her in that manner. It isn't a secret that this same estranged sister took my mother down to the Kissimmee court house in April of 2009 and told my mother to create a new will that removed all of her children except for the oldest sister listed on my mother's property! She had the audacity to make herself a sole beneficiary and listing her own children as being beneficiaries on my mother's assets and property. How she thought she could get away with that nonsense is beyond me. My mother having dementia makes her ineligible legally to create a will. My mother wasn't competent to even understand that she was signing her life away to this estranged sister, much less create a new will. By Florida state law, this is illegal. The changes are all illegal and being changed fraudulantly.
This happens to more elderly people across America than we could ever imagine. By their own family members. It's tragic and a downright dirty deed.
