The following email was sent to Dee Gerrish from Yahoo, INC regarding a fraudulant copyright infringement claim by Sandra F. Johnson (sfjohnson54@ymail.com; sfjohnson54@gmail.com; sfjohnson54 on twitter..she also goes by multiple other fake user names over the internet).
Sandra F Johnson of 7414 Anstead Circle, Orlando Florida has repeatedly copied photos, articles and blogs that belong to Dee Gerrish and has repeatedly filed fraudulant copyright/harassment claims on various websites where content is posted, simply to get accounts deleted that are owned by Dee Gerrish. Sandra F. Johnson claims she is the victim of harassment but she is actually the harasser and verbal abuser. The following notification was sent to Dee Gerrish by Yahoo, inc regarding a fraudulant copyright infringement claim made by Sandra F. Johnson. Her claim was that she owned the copyrights to a Goldendoodle image housed on flickr when clearly the image was given to Dee Gerrish as a courtesy since she is the breeder of the dog in the image. Because her claim was fraudulant, her copyright claim was denied by yahoo, inc:

Johnson’s agent, Yahoo! advised that pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)(C), Yahoo! would replace, or re-enable access to, the disputed material ten (10) business days following the date the counter-notification was provided to Sandra F.
