Sandra Faye Johnson of 7414 Anstead Circle, Orlando Florida, you are hereby notified through this message system of Complaintsboard.com to cease and desist posting fraudulant complaints toward my business, Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel. You are hereby notified through this message system of complaintsboard.com that a certified letter by mail has been sent to complaintsboard.com asking for the removal of your fraudulant complaints posted that directly targets the business owners, Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel and is meant to cause financial injury to the above business owners.
Your complaints posted upon this website complaintsboard.com have no merit of truth to them and are meant to further your smear campaign towards Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel that you began in 2006. You have been repeatedly asked to stop posting malicious content including filing false copyright infringement claims and making fraudulant harassment complaints, since 2006, against business owners Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel.
Sandra Faye Johnson, you are being sent a certified letter to cease and desist posting malicious content over the internet that is meant to distract the business owners, Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel as well as, but not limited to, causing emotional duress, a breach of peace, undo financial hardship and reputation ruin. Since 2006, you have repeatedly been asked to provide legal, supporting documentation showing proof of the complaints you have posted upon multiple websites across the internet.
To date, December 19, 2009, you have not provided any supporting legal documentation to validate your posted claims that specifically and maliciously target the business owners Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel. On December 18, 2009, you were sent a message notification through complaintsboard.com to remove two postings you placed upon this website. Because both postings are meant to disrupt service, distract potential buyers as well as cause financial and undo hardship of business owners Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel , you are hereby notified through this electronic message system of complaintsboard.com that a lawsuit will be filed against you, Sandra Faye Johnson, of 7414 Anstead circle Orlando Florida in a court of law. A certified letter will be sent to your home notifying you of the forthcoming lawsuit. Legal documentation regarding the lawsuit will be sent to your home, through the Orlando court system, notifying you of the court date through the Orlando Sheriff's department. They will send a deputy to your home to hand you a subpoena that legally notifies you of the filed lawsuit as well as provide you with the court date.
The lawsuit being filed against you, Sandra Faye Johnson, is regarding your fabricated postings and smear campaign towards business owners Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel. Since 2006, malicious, fabricated, untruthful postings by you, Sandra Faye Johnson, have appeared on multiple websites across the internet. Your host server verifies that your IP address is directly linked to these malicious, untruthful, fabricated postings upon multiple websites even though you have directly posted the content under various fictitious user names. A certified letter has been sent to Merchant Circle requesting legal documentation that shows evidence of your IP address which links your computer and host server to multiple, malicious postings upon their website that was meant to harass, distract and cause un-necessary undo financial hardship as well as emotional duress towards the business owners Dee and Mike Gerrish, of Goldendodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel.
Similar certified letters have been sent to Yahoo, inc; Topix.com; YouTube.com; Plaxo.com; Twitwall.com; Ripoffreport.com; Voy.com; Pawsville.net and multiple other website owners where you have copied and pasted similar content meant as a smear campaign towards business owners Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel. You are hereby notified through this electronic message system of complaintsboard.com that the business owners mentioned above intend to hold you legally and financially responsible for all financial losses caused, including but not limited to emotional duress as well as any other burden your fabricated content has un-necessarily placed upon the business owners, Dee and Mike Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel, since 2006. This secondary notification through electronic messaging system of complaintsboard.com will follow up with a legal cease and desist, certified letter. You are hearby notifed that if you do not cease and desist as well as remove your malicious, fabricated content over the internet, a lawsuit will be forthcoming.
