Analyze the lesson plan having Ryan's text as reference.
Stephen B. Ryan
According to Ryan, there are six problematic areas in the Japanese university EFL classroom context and he offers few suggestions to combat these weaknesses.

Provide Adequate Feedback
There does not seem to be a concrete plan for a feedback inferred in that lesson plan, that is, to keep the students motivated and going on, knowing they are in the right track.
Clarify Goals

In this lesson plan does not seem to have a language goal, which they are supposed to practice, but there is a general context goal. There should also be a set of small achievable goals on a daily basis and make learners aware of how they are to accomplish these goals, which there does not seem to be.

Have Consistency in Teaching Style
As second or foreign language teachers, it is crucial that we maintain awareness of our "style" of teaching. However, if we do not become more aware of our teaching style and inconsistencies, we will have difficulty in continuing to grow professionally.

Lessons Need a Routine or Framework
There is not any lesson plan routine or framework described by Ryan, which are the following:
• Warm-up
• Presentation
• Controlled practice
• Free practice
• Feedback
Conclusion
This lesson plan does not seem to meet the criteria proposed by Ryan, and it is not a communicative approach based, because there is no oral communication, but written communication. It is more like a research work.
