Subject: Notary Mailing leads

Hi all:

I am marketing my services to mortgage and title companies in California. I will include one page with the information of notaries: Name, Tel, Address and counties covered. I will also include the notary business cards or Rolodex cards that each of us can provide in each envelope.

The letter will also have the web address of a page containing all the information and links to the notary’s websites that will participate in this mailing. Those of you who do not have a website I can tell you where you can setup one for free or I can design it.

Please send me your information when you are ready. We have time to order cards or Rolodex cards since I am shopping around for the best printing/mailing deal with direct marketing companies. I will let you know the cost.

This is a way to reach our potential clients at a lower cost. I welcome your ideas or comments.
