Subject: 其實「吃」本身就已經是一件快樂的事吧!

決定要減少飲咖啡的第一天,
就已經用了我第一個quota。

雖然有研究說每天飲不多於2杯咖啡是可以的,
而一直都只準自己一日最多一杯咖啡,
但最近還是決定把quota減至一個星期3杯,
週末盡量少飲。

原來吃香蕉和飲牛奶可以令人減輕壓力並且產生快樂的感覺,
兩樣都是我愛吃的東西呢~

而巧克力也有些微同樣功能, 但不及以上兩種!

以上三種都會容易食肥人呢,
但牛奶營養豐富, 最好飲低脂個隻;
至於巧克力, 本人都係會食番我既至愛黑巧克力啦~

原來一隻香蕉已經等於日常所需的「兩份水果」!
好抵食呀!
