1. Only ONE thread/header is allowed per person. Duplicates will be removed. If you have more than one screenname - make sure they are all listed in the "Message Subject" line. Your FIRST name and City & State should also be on the same line. Incomplete information will result in the entire post being removed. Make sure you spell your screenname(s) correctly & your post is easy to read so people can easily locate you when they come here!!

2. If you have a feedback site on your personal webpage or on Ebay - list it!! Put the link in the body of the "Message Box" so others can refer to those pages as well.

3. Do NOT put personal information about yourself or another member in ANY post!! This includes full names, complete addresses and phone numbers!

4. If a post is removed for any reason, it is permanently deleted along with any replies that may follow it.

5. Negative feedback or inappropriate comments regarding anyone who posts on this board are NOT allowed. If you have problems or issues with someone - take care of them elsewhere! We are all adults - so please be respectful of others. Even if you did not have a positive experience with someone - don't feel it necessary to start trouble for them. Remember that not all personalities mesh! THINK BEFORE YOU POST!!

6. ASK people to leave you referrals/references after a trade or sale is completed!! No one will be offended and they make ask you for one in return!! Make sure you provide them with the link to this board!! If someone asks for a reference/referral on you - refer them to this site as well!!

7. If someone asks you to post a reference for them and you do not feel the trade/sale was as successful as they thought it was - either tell them that you would rather not leave a referral or just do not leave one period. Just because someone asks you to leave a referral for them does not mean you are required to do so.

8. If you are having trouble locating someone who would like you to leave them a referral.....check the Archives! The board will archive after 150 Threads or 350 Messages are posted - there is no way to stop this. You may post to a thread in archives for this reason!! The oldest threads with no activity will go into archives first.

9. Done trading or selling and want your references/referrals removed from the board? Simply write me and they will be permanently deleted.

10. If I remove your post for any reason, please write me and I will explain why it was removed. If your email address is in the post, I will write to you.
