Subject: My fave chicken run character is Babs (the one that's always knitting and is obsessed with going on holiday) I don't see Americans that way either... but it does annoy me when people think of the British as a bunch of posh snobs (not saying any of you guys think like that or anything) .

Is it just me, but in a lot of american films/tv programmes us brits are portrayed as posh snobs? e.g Wesley in Buffy. Also, not all brits are posh or cockney, but I have never seen any one inbetween on a american films/tv programme. weird. (NT)Willow10:34:58 10/07/01 Sun
