10-up is Pageant Wear or Sundays best

Times/Age Groups
Age Groups are: 0-11 months, 12-23 months, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, 6-7 years, 8-9 years
10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-19 years, 20-up
Times: 0-3 will start at 10:00am, 4-9 will start at 1pm, 10-up will start at 3pm
Awards
Supreme Queen: Crown, Monogrammed Sash, Sash pin, Christmas Stocking with with gifts inside.
Queen:Crown, Monogrammed Sash, Sash pin & Christmas stocking with gifts inside.
All other places will go home with a Christmas Stocking filled with goodies.
-Side awards included in Entry fee and are Best Dress, Most Beautiful, & Photogenic.
Please turn in ALL Natural Picture the day of the pageant, No larger then a 8X10

Tickets can be sold to win more awards. Call or e-mail me for a ticket packet. Everyone must have ticket packet from me before selling. All un-used tickets must be turned back in!! All tickets will be places into a drawing to win a 25.00 gift card.
Sell 100 in tickets & receive a tiara gift.
Sell 150.00 in tickets & receive a Small Crown & gift.
Sell 250.00 in tickets & receive a Nice Crown, FREE entry & Gift.
Deadline to turn in tickets is November 1st 2010 NO EXCEPTIONS!
General Information
- 0-3 is all natural, no make up at all. 4-9 can have light make up, & 10-up make is allowed.
-moms please bring children with there hair/makeup (if allowed) done! there is limited space! There will be a SMALL are to change them into there dress, but again it is small!
-Door admission is 5.00 adults & 3.00 children. Everyone pays but the contestant!
-All judges decision are final. I have the right to combine or split any age groups.
-NO back dates. Compete the age you are on the date of the pageant.
-All money (less expense) will go to buy gifts for The Angel tree Network.
-If for any reason you can't attend the pageant, or it has to be rescheduled- your money will be forwarded, NO refunds will be given.
-NO DOOR ENTRIES! All entries must be paid in full before the deadline. NO bad sportsmanship. You & your party will be asked to leave with NO refund given!
-NO CHECKS! NO CHECKS!! All entries must be paid by cash, money order, OR PayPal (add 4%). My PayPal address is 4spears@suddenlink.net .Make all money orders out to Kristina Spears OR Pageants For A Cause. My phone number is 337-375-3470.
