Subject: 支持環保也不容易

“少用膠袋，自備購物袋”–這口號喊了多年，實行的消費者也不少，但合作的超市職員又有多少？

我常到同一超市購物，亦大多自備購物袋，但每次我說不要膠袋，都會遇到以下一種或多種情況：
1. 收銀員不會替我把東西放到購物袋內，要自已動手。
2. 因只得一個購物袋，購物稍多時須安排一下如何放入以節省空間，例如大件扁平的可先放一側，中型的放底部，小件零碎的放上面等等。我也已經把物件按應放入的次序放到櫃台上，但每次收銀員都是隨手亂塞，以至最後大件的放不下，十分狼狽。
3. 最離譜的情況，是我把物品和購物袋一起交給收銀員，並說不要膠袋，可愛的收銀妹妹把已過機的物品交回我手上，似乎她忘掉了購物袋，而期望我徒手帶走物品！

我無意貶低收銀員的能力，但事實告訴我有些人是欠缺常識的，如此則任何良好的政策都無法好好地執行。大概以後購物都要逐個步驟說明；
第一步：聲明不要膠袋。
第二步：請收銀員把物品放入購物袋。
第三步：請收銀員按照最節省空間的次序放入。
