瑞士有德語區和法語區,例如日內瓦人主要講法語,我覺得在西歐更多人用法語.由於瑞士重視旅遊業,著名風景區如琉森,商業區如蘇黎世等,都有流利英語的詢問中心職員,一般服務性行業的職員英語都不錯.瑞士是非常好玩的地方,不過消費較貴,我第一次去住青年旅舍,設備十分好,第二次住琉森的酒店,也許不是旺季,尚算價廉物美.
略懂德語和法語固然好,但以英語在瑞士旅遊己可暢通無阻的.
