浸酒前可洗杞子，乾了才浸酒。
關於頸枕的兩篇文章已寫頸榷病或長者可試用，也寫明每個人對枕頭的要求和習慣不同，對頸枕沒有補充意見。
高血壓可引致其他嚴重疾病，應面診的。我不贊成人用坊間降壓處方，以食療配合是另一回事。我寫的是《健美此中尋》，不是醫病的。
