你在專欄提到的事,我想回應.
這是近十年投訴文化盛行的結果.
現在不論事情的好壞, 總有人投訴.
壞的事要投訴, 當然明白. 當事人也應承認錯誤, 糾正錯誤.
投訴的意義也可以提醒當事人.
不過, 現在就算是好事, 也有人投訴.
就算好事之中有小小的瑕玼, 就被人大力批評.
從此, 你會發現, 除了有膽色之士, 根本無人願意有新嘗試.
有些人或機構, 為求自保, 不收或少收投訴 (因為不用花時間回應),就發出這一份那一份的指引, 回應時就可以說他們按本子辦事. 個別職員為求自保, 就強說按本子辦事.
這樣, 我們以往的靈活變通就一去不返.
我們的創意就此完旦.
我不知道我們的社會往那裡走, 會變成怎樣.
