If you are very disturbed by the happenings, I would suggest you to find a professional counsellor for advice. It is not something shameful. A lot of things are not as fearful as it appears. You are not your job. You are yourself, someone unique to your friends and families. You should trust them. They will help you. They need you and you need them.

I give you a hug here on paper. Let your family and friends give you some real hugs. That's what life is about, hug and be hugged. Do remember to hug someone.

Bad feelings come and go. It will not here to stay forever. We need to remind each other about that.
