Hi P,

　"為緩和觀眾情緒，在天災人禍的新聞之後，電視的新聞報道員會說些有趣的花邊新聞，尤其是跟動物有關的，譬如蠢貓才懂得看電視，聰明的貓不會看，我倒是看電視新聞才知道的。"

I am curious about how did people measure IQ of cats. What sort of questions have been asked? How can we know which cat is clever and which one is dumb?

Did the choice of TV program affect the result? Will TV program like "Beauty contest of Cats" attract also clever cats? Were cats allowed to choose the program?

Do you have any idea about that? :)
