Subject: 香港人有資格成為'公民'嗎?

各位好,

今天關麗珊小姐post了一段名'請善用留言版'的留言,當中提及'公民質素'.

以我理解,並非每個在地球出生及生活的人都可被稱為'公民'的,香港人當然也不例外.

我們經常透過不同渠道聽到'公民'二字,for examples:(1)新聞報導員不時提及'中國公民','美國公民'等(2)香港有個'公民教育委員會'(3)司徒華及李卓人等近日表示會進行'公民抗命'.

但要成為'公民'是要講資格的,這牽涉民族質素.單就香港人的普遍非理性已遞奪了香港人成為'公民'的資格,其他弱項我不想提了.

以質素論,香港人可媲美英美及日本公民嗎?

當然,比起中國十多億人,香港人是較優勝的,因為香港曾是英國殖民地.要注意的是國內同胞的進步力量是不能低估的.
