其實看古裝電視劇可以有很大樂趣，主角染髮，戴手錶介指，對白：『你電人呀？』，石屎路，貨櫃船,電線杆等，因便就簡，比比皆是，大陸的所謂歷史大制作，招牌，墓碑也不時用簡體字。
