Nigel's cousin Nevil who works at the Londan compound told Clint. Nevil found out because David is staying in London and it slipped out when they were talking about great couples that belonged togeher.

sorry, should have added kevin overheard that conversation and when David and Kevin were talking and david spilled the beans about the whole thing the kiss at the cabin and Bo and Nora saying they loved each other, Nevil was listening at the closed door.
