It's an actual scene. Bo found Nora at Rodi's drinking heavily and took her home. He did fix something in her closet but if I'm not mistaken the kiss happened in her living room. Bo responded at first but then he pushed her away and became angry. Hope I have the info right and I hope this helps you

It was after she broke up his wedding and everyone hated her ( can u believe the nerve of them)
