Mu apologies, not my intentions to yell. I've always used CAPS when I type. I haven't been on this website long, so I'm not really sure when the recaps come out. Thank u for replying though.

They are done live as the show airs, so they are up to date by the end of each commercial break.

Bina...it took me awhile to figure out when I first came to the board that if there wasn't an immediate post from Cindy on the show (because she is amazing and does it as the show is on), that there was unfortunately no Bo or Nora. Hope this helps! :-)

My cable went out at exactly 2:00 today. The first place I went was the Bo and Nora website to check for a recap. Cindy you are the best.

perfectly said! I would totally agree with you. I really appreciate the recaps that Cindy does. If I am at work, fortunate enough to be by the pool in the summer, or just out of the house, it is so nice to be able to go online and check for the recap. I either know I am missing something good or not missing anything at all.

If Bo and Nora were on and Cindy did not have a recap, I would starting worrying about Cindy and send out an SOS!!! :)

oh, and let's just enjoy all of this!!! We have so much to look forward to. I am so excited and I would assume that everyone else here is as well!
