All these complaints and problems viewing things on other site really need to be addressed to the sites that the clips are originating from. If you cannot view Youtube for some reason, you need to contact Youtube.
More often than not if you are in a country other than the originating country of the clip, there will be trouble viewing streem videos. There is really not a lot that can be done to fix it. Sorry, it's the way the IPs work.
(I work in IT - I deal with these issues at work all the time.)

Thanks for the info Karen. It seems to have been fixed. I think it might have been overloaded.
