Sneak Peeks week Of Jan. 4

Happy New Year, Llanview! 2010 starts off with Mitch wreaking major havoc. So much for the idea that '10 will be a more peaceful year than '09! Everyone in town is still in shock over Dorian's firing of Bo (done at Mitch's bidding). Then Dorian presents even more "just cause" as to why Bo was fired -- proof that evidence was tampered with during Mitch's stabbing investigation. Desperate to save Bo, John circumvents Natalie's planned confession and takes all blame for the stabbing and evidence-tampering. Naturally, he gets arrested. Marty's wise to one part of John's motive: protecting Natalie. Question is, are the feelings behind it motivated by old friendship ... or something more?

Oh, and then there's Bo's replacement ... Heaven help everyone!

All this, PLUS: Charlie confesses his drinking to Viki; Matthew and Danielle kiss; one resident plots to kill another; and someone comes back from the dead.
