Nora said it was the family home and felt she didn't want to take it from Clint since I guess she feels guilty for hurting him with Bo. Alot of people don't want Nora back in that house even though Asa left it to her. People are wanting BO and NORA to have their own new place together as a couple. And yes I think that maybe Clint and Viki will be together in the future. I never thought Charlie would last either.

They'll be moving into Bo's old place the Garret.

My guess is because it's an attic apartment and it's very small.
