想不到那麼多城市人有脫髮煩惱。
洗頭水方面，不要用二合一洗頭水，久不久轉換牌子就是了。坊間有強調預防脫髮的洗頭水，我試過（哈，我喜歡試試新產品的），覺得沒有什麼特別，你有興趣或可一試，外國牌子，N字頭，幾貴。多用電腦不會甩多幾條頭髮，但焦慮、失眠和用腦過度等就會，你可參考這個和上個星期二專欄和我回答其他問題的方法，及早解決脫髮問題，有所改善的話，不妨來郵跟其他朋友分享啊。
