這留言板希望大家互相推介有用的健康和美容方法，不用一問一答那麼悶的，我對紅寶石寫的清宮秘方意見如下：
一，用洗米水洗面已經很好的了。
二，我認為對香港人太油，北京風沙大，比較適合。
三，橄欖油可滋潤皮膚，洗澡可全身塗橄欖油的，清宮使用橄欖油比較奇怪，我用意大利做沙律和煮菜的橄欖油，加田七是否有效，由用過的朋友解答好了。
