Allan

Great response. I am very curious about your training advice re: climbing. I am a very strong time trialest, but very average climber. I live in an area that has both hills and great flats. I am headed into a TT series and am curious about your suggestion that climbing builds TT strength. Can you elaborate? I'm curious about your point as my TT training that I am setting up actually has me avoiding the hills. The TTs I plan to race are mostly flat or flat sprinkled with easy rollers. Is hill training still good for this context?

Thanks.

Robert
