A little (accurate) info about Mike Hines (not Jeff), who won the 4/5 TT. He's 48 years old (probably the oldest in the field), and had only done two TT's previously. Plus, he was racing on a brand-new Cervelo for the first time, and, with no disc! It's all natural talent.
