I have not used the CH Aero wheel cover and the only retail source I know of is Excel Sports Boulder. I made my own using fiberglass which weigh about as much or a tiny bit less than CH covers. They've worked quite well with virtually no problems. They can be painted up to match your color scheme/style. Definitely cool.
