Above him in the air ducts, a scraping noise is heard

Suddenly a hand comes down through the ceiling
It grabs him by the neck and rips the man’s head off
The man falls to the floor and turns into dust
A woman comes down out of the air ducts
After dusting herself off
She turns and stares at the mirror

The first and third men now joined by a fourth walk over to Fred
