After The epic battle that closed the Sunnydale hellmouth, some of the survivors set on a journey to close the hellmouth in Cleveland. They arrive in Cleveland and find an abandoned warehouse and set up there. They comment on the Watchers council being reborn with Willow, Spike, Xander and Faith leading it. Kennedy and Rona came with them. Suddenly a few vampires storm in and Kennedy and Rona fight them off but they get cornered until 2 local slayers show up to help out. They stake the vampires and introduce themselves as Julia and Gwen. Julia and Faith begin to bond as they talk and become slayer/watcher, Faith laughing as she makes a few comments on teaching her. Xander, being the father figure takes Gwen under his wing, Spike pairs off with Rona and Willow chooses Kennedy. A few random conversations occur including mention of Willow becoming non gay after the whole Sunnydale hellmouth closing. Saying she wants to find her first love Oz again. The gang patrols running into a few vamps which they quickly dust. They laugh about it until they get hit from behind and Willow and Xander get kidnapped by a mysterious figure. Spike Faith and the slayers wonder who the person attacked them is. Willow and Xander wake up tied up in a factory. Standing there much to their shock is Wesley and Giles. They mock Willow and Xander saying that this whole watcher revival idea is funny and stupid. Willow reminds them that she is a witch, Wes laughs saying you may have worked your magic on me in real life but not here as he puts tape over her mouth, no words equals no magic.
