There are all check cashing places on flatlands avenue, what is that about, ITS ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE that is the way they live they destroy everything they get there hands on. I lived by foster park and was recently in Canarsie....The whole neighborhood has gone down hill and it is very sad. Brought my daughter for a joy ride through the old neighborhood because Brooklyn still has some awesome dress shops. Her prom dress (2004)blew everybody away. Lestans on Ralph ave. It was hard for her to imagine growing up there. Those were the good old days!
