People just know him for ER not for other important roles, because ER is the most popular. I hope he can make movies or TV movies too after ER. I mean it is pointless that Goran will move to Croatia once finishing ER. I mean if he wanted to become an actor in Hollywood and that was the reason for moving from Croatia to USA,he must work hard to get some roles because that was his dream, what is the point of moving back to his country and not made any important roles in USA different than ER. Because he is typecast. An actor is a person who is able to do any kind of role at the movies or TV. Goral is typecast only to play a doctor and a gladiator in Spartacus.
