 According to his latest interview, Morana would know which one (Hi Morana!), he has extended his ER for another year and a half AND there is going to be at least one episode in Croatia - not a Hollywood studio backlot made to look like somewhere in Croatia, but REALLY in Croatia. That was his sticking point, he would only sign on for filming in Croatia.
