 I don't get that idea at all. Yes, Luka was surprised by the news, and shocked (they'd only been dating for a few weeks-- Abby must have gotten pregnant the first time they had sex), but once he got used to the idea HE'S the one who wanted Abby to go through with the pregnancy while she was the one who was initially dithering.

And when did he propose to Abby? Given that they still plan on maintaining separate apartments, marriage doesn't seem to be in the cards for either of them.
