I, too, was thankful that it didn't show his body or, worse yet, that it didn't show him being crucified as it did in the original movie. His wife (widow) talked about him at length to her son near the end of the movie and when it showed him watching over them in the form of a star in the heavens, I couldn't keep from crying.
