I don't think Romano is going to die. I believe it will be Susan's ex-husband/boyfriend, the ambulance medic guy. He goes onto the helicopter, and the promo doesn't say a doc dies, it just says "someone you know." I hope not, because I like him, but that's my guess. I also hope it's not Romano - I love to hate him.
