I'd have to say back hair is far better than backne....{{{shiver}}}

I've noticed northern European/Russian men have good "pancake frying" skin. Very pale, but very clear. They do tend to have hairy arms, hands and fingers though. Funny. Any Northern European women care to comment on whether this is true or not?
