This spring we've had lots & lots (& lots & lots) of rain, plenty of mist, old Amish farms & even a few stately homes. Perhaps Lancaster Co., PA could pass as the North of England for part of filming? :D And as Kathy, I imagine Justine Waddell (from "Wives & Daughters").
