 Smoking isn't a big issue to Europeans, I believe more non-U.S. countries have smokers. They just don't see anything wrong with it like we campaign to try and get people to stop.

I know you cannot smoke publically in the State of California, and that many many in showbiz smoke usually to keep their weight down (I know, not a good enough excuse really).
